Terms of service

Hoshilea provides AI generation, workflows, short dramas and asset management. When creating an account, read and accept these terms and the privacy policy, provide a usable email and protect your credentials. Generation and top-ups may require email verification. You must be eligible to use the service and agree to these terms.

Google sign-in is for identity verification. Existing accounts with the same email are not automatically merged. Linking, unlinking and sensitive account actions require re-verification. You are responsible for actions initiated through your account. If you suspect misuse, change your password and sign out other sessions promptly.

Before uploading or submitting content, confirm you have the relevant rights and any required consent for another person’s likeness, voice, personal information or other protected content. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement, illegal content or bypassing model safety restrictions.

Your content is stored, processed and sent to the selected model services according to tasks you initiate. AI results may be inaccurate, similar to other results or unexpected. Before public or commercial use, review accuracy, suitability and relevant rights yourself. The platform does not promise that results are unique, unrestricted by rights or suitable for a particular purpose.

Credits are an allowance for creative tasks, not cash or transferable currency. The checkout currency, amount and credit quantity apply; credits are added after payment confirmation. Stripe processes payments. Contact support about refunds and orders; we review the order and credits already used.

Estimated credits are displayed before each task; charges vary by model and task type. Failed tasks and tasks cancelled while queued return credits to their original sources without extending gift expiry. Running tasks cannot be cancelled. Administrator testing allowance is separate from ordinary credits.

The platform owner can open or pause signup benefits. Availability, validity, model scope and usage limits apply; receiving a benefit is not guaranteed. The reservation result returned after registration applies. Successful reservations can be claimed by verifying the email within 24 hours of registration. Pausing does not affect promised valid reservations or already credited balances. Duplicate or ineligible registrations do not receive repeat benefits.

Tasks depend on the platform and external models. They may queue, fail or pause because of maintenance, network conditions, balance or safety restrictions. Task states and returned errors reflect actual execution. Download and back up important assets; do not rely on the platform as your only backup.

Recycled assets can be restored; permanent deletion cannot be undone through the platform. Check whether workflows or episodes use the asset before deleting it. Contact support about account information and deletion requests. Abuse, violations or security problems may lead to restrictions or account suspension and necessary investigation.
